I installed the charger inlet in the old gas door. Gotta love it::
Here is the charger in the back, note the relay which is part of the BMS which shuts down the charger when any cell reaches 3.65 volts:

GEO 2.0
Over the past few months I made many changes to the car.
I removed and sold the 24 Hipower cells.
I bought and installed 25 Calb cells under the hood in the front with a MiniBMS battery management system.
The car is driving well, no problem keeping up with traffic on the highway.

Here is the process of crimping the lugs used on the cables between the four different sections of the battery pack.
